- Refurbishment of 11 one-bedroom flats, 16 two-bedroom flats, 45 three-bedroom flats and 4 four-bedroom flats, plus the construction of a five-storey building
- Construction of 10 owner-occupied homes
- Creation of LMH offices on the ground floor in the new and refurbished sections of Rue H. Kolb, Rue des Postes and Rue du Soleil Levant in Lille
Thermal target: C rating (between 91 and 150 kWh/m² per year) in terms of energy consumption
