Energy-efficiency refurbishment of all the homes, achieving the NF Habitat certification. Renovation (BIM project)

Phase 1: design.

  • Refurbishment works on 453 flats, a caretaker’s lodge, communal areas, and communal and technical facilities

Phase 3: perfect completion.

  • Monitoring of full completion
  • Energy monitoring.
